Every day, CCF donors are making an impact. Their gifts address pressing needs and help revitalize communities around the world. To assist them, we perform thorough due diligence process on international grants, from determining an organization’s public charity status to investigating their financial and organizational stability.
As summer turns to fall, it’s inspiring to take a look back at all the incredible work in which CCF donors have been involved. In issues from the arts to wildfires, our donors transform hundreds of thousands of lives and futures every year. By creating customized programming to educate donors on the issues they care about most, we’re helping them maximize their impact and get the most from their giving.

The Home L.A. Loan Fund is a one-of-a-kind, risk-free charitable investment option focused on fighting homelessness in Los Angeles County. Donor investments are pooled and used to provide three- or five-year seed capital to organizations building permanent supportive housing units for the chronically homeless. By jump-starting the process, this capital accelerates the pace and scale of production, creating more homes for our neighbors who need them most. All Home L.A. loans are guaranteed by CCF. At the conclusion of the loan, 100% of the initial investment is returned to the donor’s fund, from which any or all of it can be directed back into the Home L.A. Loan Fund or to the charitable fund or organization of the donor’s choosing.
