Los Angeles Preschool Advocacy Initiative (LAPAI) launches in partnership with the David and Lucile Packard Foundation which brought together a cross-sector group of partners ranging from early childhood education (ECE) providers to nonprofits, advocacy organizations and business groups to increase access to high-quality ECE programs for children in underserved communities in LA County.
2012
Los Angeles Scholars Investment Fund (LASIF) is established in partnership with the College Futures Foundation to increase college access and success in LA County.
2015
Centennial Legacy Campaign, CCF celebrated 100 years of service and enters a new 10-year strategic plan, promising to grant $1 billion to Los Angeles County nonprofits by 2025. 
2017
LA Justice Fund is launched in partnership with L.A. County, the City of Los Angeles, and the Weingart Foundation to increase access to legal representation and counsel to individuals and families dealing with deportation and removal proceedings in the County—first public-private partnership CCF embarked on setting a new trend for the foundation in establishing strategic partnerships with government.
2020
We Count LA Census Campaign convened a powerful coalition of 115+ community-based organizations (CBOs) across the region to count historically under-counted populations, coordinated and united under one region-wide campaign.2022
For the second year in a row CCF recorded the highest grantmaking in its history $432 million. 2023

In the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, CCF raised a record $621 million and granted a record $391 million.
