Preparing Achievers for Tomorrow (PAT) created a brighter future for the youth of South Los Angeles and the South Bay by improving academic achievement, decision-making skills and self-esteem through sports, music and recreation. Over five years, PAT funded more than 50 organizations that used innovative approaches to engage, empower and inspire.
In 2012, CCF launched BLOOM (Building a Lifetime of Options and Opportunities for Men) to help young Black men who are or are at risk of becoming involved the juvenile justice system onto positive paths towards success.
