CCF Welcomes Three New Members to the Board of Directors
The California Community Foundation (CCF) is pleased to announce that the Board of Directors has welcomed three new members. Their leadership will play a crucial role in advancing CCF’s efforts to build a more inclusive and resilient Los Angeles.
Malcolm Johnson is the Founder and CEO of Langdon Park Capital, a real estate investment management company focused on profitable, sustainable opportunities in diverse, urban communities across North America. Prior to founding his company, Johnson held senior roles at JPMorgan, Bank of America Merrill Lynch and PNC Bank. Malcolm also played professional football in the National Football League from 1999 to 2003. Johnson also serves on the Advisory Board for the Fitzgerald Institute for Real Estate at Notre Dame, the Sustaining Board for UCLA’s Ziman Center for Real Estate, the Board of Trustees for the Marlborough School and the Corporate Advisory Board for The Brotherhood Crusade. He holds an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University and a BBA from the University of Notre Dame.
Tamara Keller is the Co-Founding Partner and Chief Operating Officer of The Sax Agency, where she creates integrated campaigns at the intersection of strategy, storytelling and social impact. With experience spanning entertainment, higher education, government and the nonprofit sector, she builds marketing initiatives that drive growth while honoring the cultural nuances of the communities they serve. Trained as both an engineer and a financial strategist, Keller has dedicated her career to uplifting underserved communities by expanding equity and access, including board service with organizations focused on mental health, education and economic opportunity. At the heart of her work is a steadfast belief that marketing is not just about visibility, but about building trust, belonging and sustainable impact.
Arturo Sneider is a founding partner and CEO of Primestor Development, where he leads projects focused on underserved communities across the U.S. His work includes overseeing growth and corporate strategies and management as well as corporate capital structuring. With more than three decades of experience, Sneider has been a driving force in sustainable development, including leading the zero-displacement redevelopment of Jordan Downs and enhancing infrastructure in Watts and neighboring communities. His philanthropic leadership includes mentoring future industry professionals, teaching at local universities, serving on nonprofit boards and supporting organizations such as Communities In Schools and Habitat for Humanity.
The appointments reflect CCF’s commitment to pairing strategic expertise with lived community insight. Johnson, Keller and Sneider will help guide the foundation’s partnerships, grantmaking and place-based initiatives to expand opportunity and build lasting, community-driven impact.
