One Five Fund

Driving Economic Development, Community Improvements & Climate Resiliency in Los Angeles City Council District 15

The One Five Fund, a fiscally sponsored project of the California Community Foundation, invests in bold, community-driven solutions that improve quality of life for residents of Los Angeles City Council District 15 (CD15). The “One Five” reaches all the communities of CD15, which includes Watts, Harbor Gateway, Harbor City, Wilmington and San Pedro.

Established in 2024, The One-Five Fund builds public private collaboration that supports residents across the Fifteenth Council District of the City of Los Angeles. Working in partnership with nonprofits in the community, the Fund will bring additional resources to strengthen communities, provide support for urgent needs, and address climate challenges.

The Fund remains a fiscally-sponsored program of the Community Initiatives Project of the California Community Foundation.

Our Focus:

  1. Economic Development – Workforce training, small-business support, and neighborhood economic vitality.
  2. Community Livability – Public-space improvements, social-service access, and crisis-response efforts.
  3. Climate Change & Resiliency – Local projects that build a climate-ready, sustainable district.
