Welk Associate Hardship and Disaster Relief Fund

Established in the aftermath of Hurricane Odile, the Welk Associate Hardship and Disaster Relief Fund provides a means by which Welk associates can respond to natural and man-made disasters, emergency situations or catastrophes, and help to address and ease the suffering of those personally affected.

The fund operates as a general charitable fund and resource for disaster relief — national, international and personal as well as hardship grants. Contributions can be made at any time or as events occur.

Individual associates, friends, vendors, groups and companies may make secure, tax-deductible contributions to the disaster relief fund here by clicking on the button below or by mailing a check made out to the California Community Foundation with Welk Associate Hardship and Disaster Relief Fund written in the check memo. Contributions to the California Community Foundation represent irrevocable gifts subject to the legal and fiduciary control of the foundation’s board of directors. This charge will appear on your credit card statement as a payment to “Calif Comm Fdn – CCF”. In addition, California Community Foundation incurs a third-party administrative fee of 2.7 percent for credit card contributions. The foundation will charge the fee directly to the individual fund.
