other opportunities

In addition to our priority grantmaking, we offer other funding opportunities. Through our work on Census 2020, we’re helping to ensure all Californians are included in this vital count. Through the FEDCO Charitable Foundation and the Thelma Pearl Howard Foundation, we offer grants that support a variety of approaches and issue areas. Through the CCF Fellowship for Visual Artists, we support some of Los Angeles County’s most vital creative voices and help them to develop lasting careers in the arts. Each opportunity has different timelines, requirements and goals, so please read the information provided carefully.

nonprofit resources

Expanding impact means ensuring nonprofits have access to the tools and resources they need to grow and thrive. From fundraising to financial management, leadership development to board engagement, we want to help connect you to information that can help advance your sustainability and your mission. Our Planned Giving Toolkit has helped hundreds of organizations deepen relationships and expand their donor base over time. And our Agency Fund program allows nonprofit partners to focus on their missions while CCF handles investments, endowment building and gift acceptance and planning.

reserve meeting space

We are currently not taking any reservations for the JPC due to COVID- 19.

CCF provides a neutral table where opinion leaders, decision makers and concerned individuals can come together to develop common solutions to shared challenges. Our modern and well-equipped conference facility, the Joan Palevsky Center for the Future of Los Angeles, is available at no cost to nonprofit organizations whose work aligns with our mission.

The welcoming space is intended to host convenings that foster collaboration across sectors and communities to create positive systemic change across Los Angeles County. It is not meant for individual organizational business, board meetings or fundraising.

The Palevsky Center is available Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Due to popular demand, three months advance notice is requested.
