Great Potential Fund
Steve Moya, business executive, philanthropist, author and entrepreneur, was a founder of the Great Potential Fund at the California Community Foundation. Steve had a long history of working with many Latino organizations in areas as diverse as political empowerment, literacy, policy research, the arts and educational initiatives. The California Community Foundation will be carrying out his legacy via the Great Potential Fund.
The Great Potential Fund will support the advancement of Latino families and communities in greater Los Angeles County through 1) literacy and early childhood education, 2) civic education and engagement, and 3) community advocacy and organizing.

Contributions to the California Community Foundation represent irrevocable gifts subject to the legal and fiduciary control of the foundation’s board of directors. This charge will appear on your credit card statement as a payment to “Calif Comm Fdn – CCF”. In addition, California Community Foundation incurs a third-party administrative fee of 2.7 percent for credit card contributions. The foundation will charge the fee directly to the individual fund.
