#GivingTuesdayNow: Donors Respond to COVID-19
The COVID-19 pandemic is a reminder that we are all in this together. We are inspired by the rapid response of our donors who from the moment the Safer at Home order was announced in LA reached out to us to learn how they could help. Thanks to their generosity, over 16 million dollars has been distributed from CCF donor advised funds and awarded to non-profit organizations across the United States in the form of grants. These organizations are on the frontlines and provide crucial services to our most vulnerable populations. Working with an intersectional lens across issues such as homelessness, education, healthcare and immigration, CCF supports donor grantmaking to address the urgent needs of those disproportionally affected by this pandemic.
On #GivingTuesdayNow we invite you to learn more about what drives our donors to give as we celebrate their commitment and dedication and rally around the national conversation happening online via #GivingTuesdayNow.

A Word from Our Donors
California Community Foundation (CCF) launched the COVID-19 LA County Response Fund to address the immediate and emerging needs of our region’s most vulnerable residents—from hardship relief to long-term recovery. This fund will support community needs identified by our partners in health, housing, education and immigration, and will aid impacted individuals through our Pass it Along Fund.
