Mr. Sneider is a founding partner and CEO of Primestor Development, leading projects focused on underserved communities across the U.S. His work includes overseeing overall growth and corporate strategies and management as well as corporate capital structuring. Primestor currently manages over 3.0.million square feet in diverse minority markets in a portfolio valued at ~$1B.
With over 34 years of experience, Mr. Sneider has played a pivotal role in sustainable development, including leading the zero-displacement redevelopment of Jordan Downs and enhancing infrastructure in Watts and neighboring communities. He is dedicated to eliminating food deserts, improving community health, and ensuring local hiring opportunities in underserved areas.
His philanthropic efforts include mentoring future industry leaders, teaching at local universities, serving on non-profit boards, and supporting organizations such as Communities in Schools, Habitat for Humanity and many more. He has also led over 200 community initiatives and on-going efforts, including many focused on the delivery of vital resources and supporting emergency relief efforts.
