Inés Familiar Miller supports CCF’s work in creating more sustainable and effective nonprofits in Los Angeles through programs like the Nonprofit Sustainability Initiative and LA n Sync.

Prior to joining CCF, Familiar Miller worked to increase access to academic and cultural opportunities for the Hispanic community in Los Angeles at the National Autonomous University of Mexico in L.A., and served as Program Coordinator for Tomorrow’s Filmmakers, Today, a professional development initiative for emerging Latino filmmakers in Los Angeles.

Familiar Miller is an at-large member of the Leadership Council of Emerging Arts Leaders/Los Angeles and has received the Fernandez Prize in Arts Management from Claremont Graduate University, as well as an Ahmanson Foundation Fellowship for promising arts leadership. She is also a member of the LA chapter of the Global Network of Mexicans Abroad.

Familiar Miller earned her Master of Arts Degree in arts management from the Peter Drucker School of Management at Claremont Graduate University and her bachelor’s degree in history from the Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City.
