Erica Swieringa supports the grants team in conducting general fund management for donors, administering donor-recommended grants and ensuring grants comply with current IRS charitable giving guidelines.

Prior to joining CCF, Swieringa worked as the Great Start to Quality coordinator for the Early Childhood Investment Corporation in Lansing, MI where she implemented, monitored, and reported the work of Michigan’s quality rating and improvement system.

Swieringa received her bachelor’s degree in liberal studies with an emphasis in cultures and diversity from Grand Valley State University.
