Ashley Dezen supports the grants team in conducting general fund management for donors, administering donor-recommended grants and ensuring grants comply with current IRS charitable giving guidelines.

She is a Returned Peace Corps Volunteer and completed two years of service with AmeriCorps through the Massachusetts Promise Fellowship.

Dezen holds an M.S. in nonprofit management from Northeastern University and a B.A. in history from Nazareth College of Rochester.
