Dr. Tina R. Walker is an accomplished executive with over 25 years of experience in human resources. As Director of Human Resources and Office Administration, she is responsible for the day-to-day operations within these areas.

She is focused on bringing people together for the greater good of the communities they serve. While she is well versed in all aspects of human resources, she has a strong passion for employee relations, change management, operational efficiencies, training and development, talent and performance management and benefits administration.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications with a minor in Behavioral Science from California State University Dominguez Hills. She earned her master’s in business administration and doctorate in organizational leadership from the University of Phoenix.
