As the Human Resources Coordinator, Cynthia Alcantar specializes in various aspects within the Human Resources realm related to payroll, recruitment, and policy implementation.

Before joining CCF, Alcantar previously worked in the private sector and has been working in the HR field for over 4 years. One of her main focuses throughout her career has been process improvement through system implementation. She takes pride in providing the best quality service for all team members and applying her skills to further contribute to the organization.

Alcantar has a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and a minor in Management from California State University, Los Angeles.
