Through their creative endeavors, these artists help build social capital, bridge cultural barriers and celebrate Los Angeles County's rich diversity .
The community foundation would also like to recognize the efforts of the panelists who had the arduous task of reviewing numerous applications and an even more difficult and challenging task of selecting the ten mid-career and four emerging artist fellows.
