Joan Palevsky Fellowship
Joan Palevsky

Overview

The Joan Palevsky Fellowship was created to honor the civic concerns and continue the legacy of a life-long human rights pioneer. The Joan Palevsky Fellowship will recognize and support private, nonprofit and public sector mid-career professionals to address complex urban issues facing Los Angeles today.

The two-year fellowship seeks to strengthen and diversify leadership in the nonprofit and philanthropic sectors by providing an opportunity for mid-career professionals to understand trends, best practices, discuss and explore issues in the field of philanthropy and the nonprofit sector.  The end result is to help develop creative solutions to the most pressing challenges we face and the impact of those challenges on vulnerable communities in Los Angeles County.  The Fellowship is not a career track position within the foundation.

Please note that we are not currently accepting applications for this fellowship.
