To conduct nonpartisan analysis, study and research of the needs of and services for military personnel suffering from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), and other mental health or emotional injuries and consequences associated with deployment to Iraq or Afghanistan, through a study entitled: "Invisible Wounds of War: Psychological and Cognitive Injuries, Their Consequences, and Services to Assist Recovery."
