CCF's Share the Joy Fund

To benefit those less fortunate during these tough economic times, the California Community Foundation donated more than $60,000 to the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank. We pledged an initial grant of $50,000, with a pledge to match up to $50,000 in contributions from our donors. As of Jan. 1, 2009, we've received more than $10,000 in donations. CCF has matched these funds, raising our total contribution to more than $60,000. All contributions will help to increase the supply of fresh food for the hungry.

Contributions to the California Community Foundation represent irrevocable gifts subject to the legal and fiduciary control of the foundation's board of directors.
