ABC7 & Firefighters Spark of Love Toy Drive Fund – 15th Anniversary

Every year, thousands of children experience a Christmas morning with no gifts to open. To help tackle this crisis, ABC7 and Southland firefighters are celebrating their 15th Anniversary of the launch of their “Spark of Love Toy Drive.” With the love and support of “Spark of Love Toy Drive” donors and sponsors, children across Southern California will receive a new toy this holiday season.

The “Spark of Love Toy Drive” will run from November 17th thru December 24th. A new, unwrapped toy or sports equipment can be dropped off at your local fire station or CVS/pharmacy. Firefighters from Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino and Ventura counties along with Los Angeles City firefighters will collect the gifts and distribute them to the underserved children in our local communities.

With the help of “Spark of Love” partners and sponsors, the ABC7 “Spark of Love Toy Drive” collected more than 600,000 toys last year. It is this year’s goal to double that number.
