A Night to Remember Our Dear Friend Justice Paul Boland
November 13, 2007, 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
The Biltmore Hotel, 506 N. Grand Ave.

100% of all donations will be directed to the Paul Boland Memorial Fund -
a scholarship fund established in Justice Boland's memory.

Dinner Event Ticket Donations:

• $2500 - Firm Donation
  Receive 10 tickets to event, full page ad in tribute book and recognition at the event.
• $250 - Individual Donation
  Receive 1 ticket to event.
• $50 - Non-Profit Staff or University/Law School Staff & Students
  Receive 1 ticket to event.
• FREE* - Members of the Judiciary and Government Employees
  *suggested donation of $50

Tribute Book Ad Donations:

• $1000 - receive a full page ad in tribute book (7.5" x 10")
• $500 - receive a half page ad in tribute book (7.5" x 4.75")
• $250 - receive a quarter page ad in tribute book (3.5" x 4.75")

Ad text or pdf files can me emailed to cindy@caala.org by Monday, November 5, 2007.

All ticket and ad purchases will be referred to as "donations" since 100% contributions will go to the fund.
